Terms of Use for Seller Lines Software

Welcome to Seller Lines Software (“Seller Lines,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the software (“Software”) provided by Seller Lines. By using or accessing the Software, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Software.

  1. License and Restrictions: 1.1 License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seller Lines grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for its intended purpose as specified in the accompanying documentation.

1.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software. Additionally, you may not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Software to any third party.

  1. Account Registration: 2.1 Eligibility: To use the Software, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Software, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Account Information: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and using the Software. You must promptly update your account information if there are any changes.

  1. Use of the Software: 3.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Software only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Software’s functionality, or engaging in any behavior that violates these Terms.

3.3 Updates and Modifications: Seller Lines may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. You agree that such updates may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Software, and you will promptly install and use the latest version.

  1. Intellectual Property: 4.1 Ownership: The Software and any associated materials, including but not limited to documentation, logos, trademarks, and graphics, are owned or licensed by Seller Lines and protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Feedback: If you choose to provide Seller Lines with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Software (“Feedback”), you agree that Seller Lines may use, modify, or incorporate such Feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties: 5.1 Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that the use of the Software is at your own risk. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. Seller Lines does not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Software for your specific needs.

5.2 No Liability for Damages: In no event shall Seller Lines be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software or inability to use it.

  1. Termination: Seller Lines may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate these Terms or for any other reason without prior notice.
  2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
  3. Changes to the Terms: Seller Lines may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
