Seller Lines Software Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Seller Lines Software Affiliate Program (“Program”). This Program is managed by Seller Lines (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before registering for or participating in the Program.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Registration

To participate in the Program, you must complete our registration process. Your registration must be accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program for any reason, in our sole discretion.

Commission Structure

As an Affiliate, you will earn a flat rate commission of 30% on any new accounts that purchase paid plans, based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal.

Payment

Payments will be made on a monthly basis via a payment method designated by us. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate payment information. Payments will be made after we have verified the sales, which typically occurs within 30 days of the end of the month.

Tracking

We will provide you with tracking tools, such as unique referral links, to monitor your performance. You must use these tracking tools for us to accurately measure your performance and compensate you.

Marketing and Promotion

You agree to use only approved marketing materials and adhere to all laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and privacy.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party written notice of termination.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates, and your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersede all previous agreements.
